Delivery
All art prints are printed on demand (POD) and shipped from one of our printing partners located closest to you. This means reducing carbon emissions by 67% and a short delivery time.
Scandinavia: estimated delivery 2-4 business days
Europe: estimated delivery 2-4 business days
USA: estimated delivery 2-4 business days
Payment
Sara Veinholt | Art+Design accept payments with all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, applePay and PayPal. We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your edata is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Return policy
We want you to be happy with the items that you purchased. If it isn’t what you expected, damaged or you would simply like to make a return, we accept returns of items within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund.
Requests to use the right of cancellation must be sent to hello@saraveinholt.com and the email must clearly state your wish to use the right of cancellation. Please include your order number and photos in case of a damaged item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original conditions, you are responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE! Please note, that the artwork by Sara Veinholt features brush textures and “distress" that are intentional and part of her visual style. If you see marks that you think are not part of the artwork, please reach out to us at hello@saraveinholt.com and we’ll help make it right.
Also, Sara Veinholt do not accept liability for variation in color that may occur due to different printing partners.
2 year warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to Sara Veinholt | Art+Design within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
